This website at www.funztour.in (the Website) is owned and operated by Funztour. Please read all terms and conditions carefully before making any booking through this website or offices.

MOST IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Passengers can book their seats / slots / packages well in advance by paying 10% to 25% of total amount. 25% to 50% of total amount to be paid 15 days before the commencement of journey, The Rest & Final amount is to be paid 7 days before the commencement of journey. And the advance amount is not refundable.

2. Passengers have to bear their all entry fees guide charges and sight-seeing charges except mentioned in itinerary.

3. Ticket fare will be applicable as on the date of journey.

4. Itinerary is subject to change under unavoidable circumstances.

5. Management will not undertake any liability towards any loss/ damages of Life – Property of any other belonging whatsoever of the Tourist caused by any accident, theft/ robbery of any other happenings during the Tour.

6. For Train Journey we are entirely dependent on Railway Authority, it is not possible to promise confirm tickets or allot any particular seat (Lower/ Middle/ Upper Birth).

7. If any Tour Cancelled due to climatic cause, strike train cancellation or any other circumstances, in that case passengers have to bear to loss 20% of the total amount.

8. If there is any increase in Railway/ Bus /Air/ Ship Fares the difference of the fare is to be borne by the Tourists.

9. These will be no refund for any unforeseen calamities which may occur during the tour.

10. In case of cancellation of any kind of transport related to the tour. Management will not undertake any financial liabilities/responsibilities for this.

OTHERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

AGENCY
Products and services are sold by Funztour. as an agent for airline and wholesale companies and other suppliers providing services, including accommodation and transportation services. We make no warranty or representation regarding the standard or availability of any service or product to be supplied nor for the availability of any promotions, airfares or specific holiday products. All travel documents are issued subject to the tariffs and terms and conditions of sale of suppliers and these terms. They are issued by us as agent only.

LIABILITY
FUNZTOUR has no liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of airlines, car rental operators, ferry companies, hoteliers, tour operators or any other supplier or third party. We have no liability for any loss or damage occasioned by the negligence, act or omission of any supplier or other third party. We reserve the right to cancel or modify itineraries or bookings where circumstances require. In circumstances where liability of FUNZTOUR cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. FUNZTOUR reserves the right to decline any booking

The travel products and services sold through FUNZTOUR are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice

PASSENGER NAME
It is essential that you enter details of each traveler correctly and according to passport or other identification. Some suppliers will deny carriage if the traveler’s name varies from your booking and may cancel automatically if the traveler’s name is amended. FUNZTOUR. is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from incorrect entry of traveler’s name nor for any inability to travel as a result of carrier’s policies.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The terms displayed on this Website apply generally to all the travel products and packages sold by FUNZTOUR Most travel products and services also have additional conditions applying to them because airlines, hotels, wholesalers and other travel suppliers have various other terms and conditions relating to the purchase of these goods and services, which may or may not be displayed. For example, suppliers often limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage, however we do not have those conditions to display on this Website. It is your responsibility to contact the relevant travel supplier directly to obtain all applicable terms and conditions before making a booking through FUNZTOUR. There are numerous terms and conditions established by travel suppliers or other third parties affecting most advance purchase and other discounted travel products and services, which involve substantial cancellation or amendment fees, and in some instances there are no refunds whatsoever on cancelled holidays and/or air tickets and other products and services should you need to amend or cancel your travel plans. If you have any queries regarding these fees please do not hesitate to contact our office. You must read the terms and conditions applicable to every travel product and service and ensure that you accept them before you make a booking. If the terms and conditions are not displayed you should contact our office. Once you confirm a booking and make payment you are bound by the terms and conditions established by the relevant travel supplier.

SERVICE FEES
FUNZTOUR service fees may apply to bookings made online or via registered office Travel Centre. Your FUNZTOUR consultant can provide you full details on request.

FARES AND PRICES
All airfares and prices quoted are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change until full payment and tickets are issued. Prices are quoted per person unless FUNZTOUR advises otherwise. The prices set out from us may not include taxes, airport charges, and other additional costs, such as fuel levies, surcharges for internet bookings and seasonal surcharges. You will be notified of applicable taxes, airport charges and other charges when you have made a booking with us. and your booking is confirmed. Such taxes and charges are subject to change until tickets are issued. Some airport taxes are not pre-paid and it is the travelers’ responsibility to pay where applicable. Airlines and third party providers of travel and travel related services may change their prices, packages, flights and other information displayed on the Website at any time. All products, services and information displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice.

PASSPORT AND VISAS
It is the responsibility of the individual traveler to check passport, visa and health requirements. All travelers departing India require a passport and it is recommended to have a minimum validity of 6 months. An Indian re-entry visa is required for those travelers traveling on a foreign passport. We are happy to provide assistance.

DISCOUNTS
FUNZTOUR offers discounts in some of its products to travelers. Through discounts it intends to promote and retain loyalty of its regular clients. Such discounts are sole discretion of the company and can be refused / withdrawn without notice.

INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBSITE
The content available on this website is intended to be a general information resource and is provided solely on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. ONLINE PAYMENTS
Using the online payment facilities on our website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use our online payment facilities. All online payments are subject to these conditions. By using the Online Payment facilities you are confirming these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all online card transactions made to the “FUNZTOUR” Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facilities. Funztour which is a Unit of “FUNZTOUR” may change these terms from time to time without notice.
1. Your payment will normally reach the “FUNZTOUR” bank account within two to three working days. We cannot accept any liability for delayed payments.
2. We cannot accept liability for payments being recorded on the wrong account if you supply inaccurate information, but will make every effort to reallocate any such payments if they arise.
3. We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by your credit/debit card/ net banking/ Wallet / UPI supplier for any reason.
4. If your card supplier declines payment, Funztour is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card / Wallet supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
5. Payments by Credit/Debit Cards are processed through an online payment system. Your bankers will conduct the transaction directly without any information passing through us. Within seconds (depending on your internet connection), your banker will issue an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.
6. We cannot accept liability if any discrepancy arise during your online payment.
7. We cannot process your requirements until the payment confirmation received.

REFUNDS
If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Company shall not be responsible to give any refund to you. However, at its sole discretion, the Company gives the refund based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, coach operators, etc. the decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final.
It would take at least minimum of 3 to 45 days to process the refund (if due).
It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc., due to any reason whatsoever.
Refunds (If any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the Client for booking made directly with the Company by way of NEFT / RTGS / Crossed cheque or by credit card it will be reversed to their credit card account at the discretion of the company. It would at least take 3 to 45 days to process refunds.
There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, transport and sightseeing etc.,) for any reason whatsoever.
Any service booked in advance and cancelled as per booking policy, refund will be done in the same mode of payment after deducting cancellation charges and actual bank charges if any for refund. To customer bank account if paid by bank transfer, net banking mode / credit /debit card – reversal to their respective credit card account will be done. This process will take 15 to 45 days to reflect in their account.
Clients have option to keep their refund money in our account and collect credit certificate and utilize the same with 24 months.

NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBERS
FUNZTOUR may send email newsletter to people who enter their email address in the “subscribe” box of this Website. The newsletter will be sent out monthly to the advised e-mail address and contain the latest travel deals, news and promotional material. On occasion we may send additional newsletters to alert members to special offers or limited release specials. Your individual email address is not used for any other purpose and will not be supplied to a third party. Should any recipient of our newsletter wish to unsubscribe they can do so by clicking on unsubscribe at the bottom of the Home page, emailing us at info@funztour.in or calling us on 9330098589.
